The price includes:

- Rent of the villa;

- city water, electricity, heating, Internet access and television;

- Loan of 20 adult bicycles and children's bicycles;

- End of stay cleaning

- "Beds made before arrival" service, bed linen and towels;

- Maintenance kit, kitchen kit, smart basket ...

- 2 umbrella beds and 2 high chairs

 

When booking online, the tenant can choose the pool options (heated to 28 ° C) and Jacuzzi (heated to 36 ° C).

The price of each of its options includes a fixed part (part 1) and a variable part depending on the length of stay (part 2).

To subscribe to the pool option and / or the jacuzzi option, the Tenant must check Part 1 and Part 2 of the corresponding option.

The rate is updated automatically.

 

To make the reservation online, the Tenant makes the payment of the reservation deposit, ie 50% of the total amount, and validates the lease after consulting or downloading.

This payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

In the general case, the arrival is at 17:00 and the departure at 11:00.

Exceptions:

- For a Weekend (2 nights), late check out is at 16:00 on Sunday.

- Sunday, arrival is from 19:30

Amount: 1000 € for strangers or 2000 € for french (possibility of pre-authorization on the bank card).

Room layout

​

Seasonal rental regulations limit accommodation capacity to 15 sleeping places. Therefore, reservations for more than 15 guests include additional sleeping accommodation in the adjoining holiday rental property, "Estrella".
 

The Tenant has access to the agreed number of bedrooms according to the number of occupants (generally, a minimum of 2 occupants per bedroom).
 

The number of bedrooms available in Villa de la Meilleraie is limited to 6 bedrooms for stays of up to 15 guests.

For reservations exceeding 15 guests, up to 2 additional bedrooms will be made available in the adjoining holiday rental property, "Estrella".

The provision of bed linen and bath towels is an optional service.
 

The bed-making service prior to arrival is a separate optional service. If this option is not selected, any ordered linen will be provided folded inside the property and must be installed by the Tenant.
 

The bedrooms are equipped with double beds. However, upon prior request through the stay preparation form, certain bedrooms may be arranged with two single beds instead.
 

Two travel cots (cribs) and two high chairs are available for guests' use.
